Click “Track Order” to view your order’s current status, shipping details, and tracking information (if available).​

•Processing: Your order has been received, and we are verifying payment, checking inventory, and preparing your home furnishings or rugs for shipment (typically 1-3 business days).​
•In Transit: Your package is being transported by our carrier to your shipping address. You can view real-time location updates via the tracking link.​
3. When Will My Tracking Number Be Available?​
•Shipped: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way to you. A tracking number will be available once your package is in transit.​
Tracking numbers are generated once your order is shipped from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, so you can expect your tracking number via email within 1-4 business days of placing your order. For custom-made or large items (e.g., oversized rugs, bulky furniture), tracking numbers may take 3-6 business days to become available (we will notify you of any delays).​
•Out for Delivery: Your package has arrived at the local delivery facility and will be delivered to your address the same day (a signature may be required for large items like rugs or furniture).
